Back to work with the ministry

Dear friends !  Greetings from Esther John from India.  I am very fine and doing well by the grace of God.  I hope that you are also fine there.

I reached India safely in the month of July.  After coming here, I started conducting prayer meetings in the church. I have also resumed my ministries for children and women and
I started free evening tuition center for children.

I am planning to form an organization for our people to serve them more.  I am sorry, because of these works for the past months I could not contact you as much as I would like to..

I humbly seek your prayers and help for my mission. It is not my ministry, actually, it is God’s Mission.

One more thing I would like you to know; I am taking initiatives to send ten of our boys to the music school. They are really interested to learn music instruments. For some of the girls I am planning to send them to a Bible Study.

Therefore I am looking forward your fervent prayers and economical supports for their monthly expenses. You can find my details at the very bottom of this letter.  I am indeed very much delighted to inform you that we are going to build a new church next year and we are preparing some projects for forthcoming years.  I would like to keep in touch with you. Thank you.

Persecution

Dear beloved in Christ. My greetings, I am delighted to share this testimony. Soon after my arrival back to India, a great shock was in store. During one of our evening meetings a Hindu priest barged into the church and attacked every woman believer of the church leaving every other believer in tears. The next day those who were attached and others were led by me, met the priest and asked him to apologies for his mistakes. But he did not apology and went to the extent of challenging and abusing us by his influences.

However when I said that I have a big God, the Creator of this entire universe, he felt ashamed, not only that the action was taken against him and he was later taken into custody by the police.

custody by the police.

Hearing the news of his arrest his friends and political big wigs close to him came and attacked our church and our house. Fortunately, we were not in our house, I was a bit shattered and pleaded with the Lord for his grace to make perfect in my weakness I understood that tribulation tea

gave me a new strength. I started to lead my folks like what Moses did.

When I returned home after two days, Goons were ready to attack me by holding blades, stones and logs. When I pleaded for security with local police they rejected it. My church members were shaken and were in tears fearing for my life.
Then I decided to take this problem on shoulder. I prayed and determined to offer myself sight in front of those goons, come what may, for the benefit of my church and its members. I asked God to save me from any little bruise.  I did not take my parents with me, though they were  in full of tears and pain, but guided me with their prayers.

When I went home about 40 people were gathered in front of it with all sorts of weapons. Somehow I had no fear and faced them and even spoke with them with all my guts. Because of the strength of God I carried along, and the courage he gave me, they all went ashamed. The Bible asks us to resist the devil and they also feel with us.  Then God, gave us our freedom.

We celebrated the Independence Day with my people, enjoying our Freedom. I need you to keep praying for us…
